Char-Lean is a flexible and effective training programme created mainly for women at all different stages of Peri-menopause, Menopause and even post Menopause.
As a member of this fitness programme, you will receive access to:
- 3 new full body workouts for 4 weeks (totalling 6 workouts for a 4 week period). Repeating week one on week two with increased weight / reps, and repeating week three on week four, again with increased weight / reps).
- Each full body workout should take you around one hour to complete.
- Each workout comes with a detailed workout sheet.
The Char-Lean Fitness Programme is just £14.99 charged every 4 weeks and you can cancel at anytime.
There is a minimum of 4 weeks commitment, however it would be most beneficial for you to stay long term, but you can join and cancel at any time.

You will receive a welcome email followed by a second email with your 6 full body workouts to complete for 4 weeks. This will automatically be renewed and sent to you via email every 4 weeks.
