can help you resist the vending machine when you’re at work or avoid that pint of ice 

cream in the freezer. So, whether you’re juggling family activities, work requirements

 or social commitments, keep on hand these quick recipe ideas to help you stay lean and

 healthy!


Foods with natural colors are on the whole good for you, like red apples, yellow bananas,

 oranges, carrots. A balanced diet will keep you healthy and fit as well as feeling good.





Frozen Banana 

sugar free chocolate syrup & topped with chopped almonds.

Take a banana cut it in half, insert pop-stick, place on wax paper, drizzle with sugar free chocolate syrup & chopped almonds optional....wrap it up in the paper it will look messy...No worries, freeze for an hour and enjoy.






Cranberry Nut Trail Mix
 A great snack option. I pre pack them in  small snack size zip lock bags and prepare a weeks worth so there always on hand for a quick snack 





I always keep fresh fruit on hand! 

 
Cottage cheese (1% Milk Friendship) with fresh fruit easy & healthy

 

Cottage cheese with apples,        sprinkle of granola or grape nuts & splenda


Yummy Warm Apples 

Cut up and skin 2 apples, spray the apples with pam butter spray, a nice sprinkle of cinnamon, 1 splenda, microwave for 2-3 minutes ...top with light whipped cream,sugar free chocolate syrup and a small sprinkle of granola.

Greek Fat Free yogurt with a drizzle of honey, splenda, & top with a sprinkle of granola serve with fresh fruit. This s a great easy option!
